Diabetic is a chronic disease and it causes many problems for many people. If left uncontrolled, diabetics can cause serious problems. One important food which needs to be consumed by a diabetic patient is Fruit. Most people are often confused if it is really safe to use fruits or which fruit diabetic patients can take. Thus we prepared a list of diabetic friendly fruits. Blueberries
Blueberries are one of the best fruits for diabetes. They can help to manage your blood sugar levels and to fight diabetes. Along with this, blueberry contains lesser amount of calories in it which also makes it an ideal fruit for diabetic individuals
Guava
Guava is another fruit which can be consumed by diabetic individuals. It can reduce sugar absorption in the blood. Abundance of vitamins and fiber makes it another excellent food
Orange
Orange is another excellent food which can be taken by diabetic patients without any worry. It has lower levels of calorie and abundant with Vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
Grape
Grape is an excellent food for those who have diabetics. Like many believe, grape does not increase insulin level. It has a lesser insulin response rate. Thus it can be helpful to prevent development of insulin resistance in type 2 Diabetes
Jackfruit
Jackfruit increases insulin resistance. It also contains vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C and other nutrients such as iron, potassium, calcium, manganese. Jackfruit can also be helpful with insulin response.
Mango
Although it is well known for its abundance of carbohydrates, mangos are a good source of many nutrients and vitamins. A controlled use of mango is good for diabetes.
