Your heart is one of the most important organs in your body and you need to take care of your heart well. Nowadays people are more concerned about their health but most are not aware of how to stay healthy.

You need to have a healthy lifestyle in order to acquire good overall health and a healthy heart.

Another way to stay healthy is to start doing exercises if you don’t exercise regularly. By exercise, I don’t mean joining a gym and lifting heavy. You can consider doing something like brisk walking or jogging. This also something which needs to start slow and gradually increase your pace.

How to live healthily? Well, there are many ways to live healthy, if you are someone who stays awake late at night, you can consider sleeping early and wake up early. You need not change this habit all of a sudden, a gradual change would be best.

Eating clean and doing regular exercise will make your entire body healthy and also in shape.

Leafy green vegetables

Leafy green vegetables are one of the best foods for your heart. Leafy vegetables such as spinach and kale are a good sources of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants which is good for your heart health.

Oil-rich fish and fish oil

Oil-rich fish and fish oil are good for your heart. Omega 3 fatty acid present in fish is good for your health, fish like mackerel, salmon, sardine is a good source of omega 3.You need to include more fish in your food as its a good source of Omega 3, However, you need to control the intake of deep-fried fish.

Nuts and seeds

Eat some nuts, they are good for your heart and will keep your heart healthy. Seeds such as flaxseed are also good for your heart.
